Hi Everyone,

I would like to say you a warm welcome in the Washington ARTCC's IVAO Website, on the behalf of the entire US Division of IVAO.

Flying in this airspace is somewhat different from any ARTCC in the US. We have lots of restrictive areas, and a temporary/permanent ADIZ due to the presence of the Capital of the United States. Also, if you want to control over there, be ready for a nice challenge over the Potomac TRACON (PCT).

Please read your charts, set up your scopes and your wings, and lets me know how I can help you.
Feel Free to contact me at anytime for any questions regarding the ARTCC.

 Joey Salzmann
Washington DC. ARTCC Chief
